In this guide

Post a landscaping job for crew members, crew leads, technicians, managers or office staff. Your listing runs for 30 days on our job board, and your first post is free.

What a listing includes

  • Job title, location and job type
  • A description of the work, schedule and requirements, such as a driver’s license or a pesticide applicator license
  • Pay: an hourly rate or salary range
  • How to apply: an email address or link for applicants
  • Your company name

We publish the job details. The contact email you give is used to manage the listing and is not published unless you also enter it as the way to apply. Our privacy policy has the details.

Include the pay range

A pay range lets applicants compare your offer at a glance, and some states require one. Two examples:

  • Washington: employers with 15 or more employees must disclose the wage scale or salary range, plus a general description of benefits and other compensation, in each job posting, including postings made through a third party (RCW 49.58.110).
  • New York: employers with 4 or more employees must include a compensation range when they advertise a job, promotion or transfer opportunity (New York State Department of Labor, Labor Law Section 194-b).

Other states and some cities have their own rules. Check the law where the job is located.

This is general information, not legal advice. Pay transparency rules change and vary by state and city; confirm your obligations with the state labor agency.

Pricing

Your first post is free. We may add paid posting tiers later; if we do, prices and what each tier includes will be shown before you are charged. See how we make money and our terms for listing rules. To compare your pay with the market, see landscaper salary by state.
